16:0
WOW! 16:0. Good for the Undertaker. I thought this was going to be the year he did the job. I thought Edge was going to be “that guy”. Well I was wrong. The streak continues.
Since Wrestlemania 7 The Undertaker has been victorious. With the exceptions of Wrestlemanias 10 and 16, (due to conflicting story lines), he was not there. He has faced his share of great wrestlers. Starting with Jimmy Snuka,(wrestlemania 7), Jake “The Snake” Roberts (wrestlemania 8), Giant Gonzolez (wrestlemania 9), King Kong Bundy (wrestlemania 11), Diesel (wrestlemania 12), Sycho Sid (wrestlemania 13), Kane (wrestlemanias 14 and 20), Big Bossman (wrestlemania 15), Triple H (wrestlemania 17), Ric Flair (wrestlemania 18), Big Show & A-Train (wrestlemania 19), Randy Orton (wrestlemania 21), Mark Henry (wrestlemania 22), Batista (wrestlemania 23), and Edge (wrestlemania 24). Yet he always come out on top. The Undertaker has had quite the career. Which leads me to think he’ll be around for years to come. Could Undertaker be the next Ric Flair? Wrestling great matches well into old age. We all know why Ric Flair stayed so long, IRS. (Not that IRS). That’s the down side of not paying your taxes. But, than why is The Undertaker staying so long? Could he really love wrestling that much? I hope so. Until next wrestlemania let hope for 17:0.
